this ball is soft and a little bad, but good for play table tennis sometimes in a house

I never thought I would spend any time reviewing table tennis balls but I have found the existing reviews of these Cornilleau so unfair I thought I had to step in.

I bought two boxes of 72 balls more than two years ago to use with a table tennis robot. I have hit them as hard as I can several times and I have yet to see one breaking (except for those that I stepped on).

These balls are not match balls. They are a bit harder, heavier and a bit slower than match balls, but even that is good for practice (at least that is what a review of these balls in the telegraph.co.uk says).

After two years they have an excellent opaque colour and have deteriorated very little whereas other well known brands used in my club had become almost transparent with significantly less usage in less than a year.

Excellent value for money. I would look no further for practice or robot balls.

(My preferred match ball is the 3 star tibhar; lively, bouncy and cheerful...I've no idea how long it lasts)
