this is definetely not an OFF+ blade, rather an OFF one. it's quite stiff and hard. in the beginngin it's not that easy to make very spinny top spins with it, but after several weeks of training you should be able to. besides this blade has a lot of potentail that you can draw out from mid-distance. if you're near the table it's quite difficult to play at fullspeed because the ball would propably fly too far. so this blade is nothing for beginners. but if you learn to use this blade you can play very a dangerous and agressive offensive-style with fast top spins and hard smashes. Now this is the most important to me: It doesn't have too much of a catapult effect, so the balls flys rather straight, which allows you to control your hits easily.
so long story short: this is a blade for absolute offensive, yet it offers very good control Anonymous said this on December 10, 2009:
I have had one of these for about a year now and I can say... GREAT. It has very fine offensive qualities and can still spin well. Don't try to block though, you might lose your ball! 8/10 Anonymous said this on August 8, 2010:
I recently started playing with DHS H-WL + 2xH3 Neo, and coming from Joola R*1+ Epress One/Two must say that the mid-distance game is a very easy and linear. Close to the table, I have some difficulty with blocks and pushes; however, smashing and counterlooping is excellent and often deadly. I have quite wide swings as compared to other Euro-style players at my club (that was the original reason to switch to Chinese equipment as my main setup), so I did not have any major adjustment issues. emfurtado said this on June 19, 2011:
This is a very fast blade very offensive, yet it offers good control. I use a variation with hurricane II or a Hurricane III with NEO sponge on forehand and G666 on backhand and it turns out greatly.
It is excellent for playing at medium distance. rob26 said this on June 26, 2011:
Very nice and powerful blade. Outstanding value for money. Faster than HK, which is a good thing if you are after speed, and if you are capable of controlling it. It has larger sweet spot. IMO it is faster, it is easier to control, and overall, it is a better alternative of BTY Peter Korbel. The FL handle is very comfortable. Good fit for medium and medium-to-hard Chinese rubbers. One of the most underrated 'misunderstood and under-appreciated all-wood blades out there. sebastian clavijo said this on August 8, 2011:
ofensive total, very much fast, is a champion wood!!!!!! Mikee said this on December 13, 2011:
I've recently got this blade and was able to get accustomed it. Had a 729 - SST on my forehand and Donic Coppa Platin on my backhand. Its really good for an all out offensive game. If you've learned to use this blade well you can play a very good topspin to topspin specially on mid distance. I had a hard time learning close to table games since the blade is hard and fast. Also at first its hard to do blocks on this blade but once you get use to it you could play a good power block game with this. summer said this on March 13, 2013:
Coming from amultart, I found this blade a little less in bounce, (with same rubbers) esp when you go for blocks. (Block with amultart, you'll feel like it was countered), but after training for couple of hours, I adapted the necessary adjustments. Used it with H3 neo nat'l Blue sponge (fh) You need to use your arms to drive,(chinese style). You can block well with this, but a counter is much more preferable. Its thin, which is very good in swinging fast. Much more feeling /vibrations when blocking, (which is a good thing for me, since if you don't like such, you'll be forced to counter and find out that it's easier to be done.) Flips easier than the amultart. This blade excels in all out offense.
