Reviews of the DHS Hurricane King

Very thin blade, about 5.5mm or so. DHS did quite well in creating a thin blade (for whipping effect) while maintaining that OC feel we've all learned to love.

It is quite a heavy blade, typically in the low 90's. And the newer batch seems to use lower quality wood (I've seen 3).

i love this blade!! so much control and seems to always loop perfectly. Great for players who want to combine offense and control. Can produce lots of speed as well when needed..Chops very well for defensive battles as well.

The penhold version of HK is very consistent. I'm a penholder and I find this blade my ultimate weapon in terms of speed and control. I used Nittaku Narucross EX Hard FH and Nittaku Narucross Soft BH. Good rubbers for HK blade but depends on the user. It's a suitable combination.Hurricane King CS blade is the best!

Review Nikk said this on July 30, 2011:

WOW!!! Very consistent. Not too fast but powerfull. With Hexer on both sides, angle is low but ball is very heavy. Smashing is definitely easier

Best allwood balde I have ever played with. Fast with good wieght balance and a fat handle. Perfect for chinese loop drive players. Only the price is sky high.
