Very nice defensive blade for off the table defense. Harder and not as good for hitting with LP (or hardbat if that is your style) than the LQ2. A better close to the table block w LP than the LQ2 blade imo. You can speed it up and slow it down somewhat based on what you use. A little heavier than my LQ2 blades. Great quality. I have the straight handle. Blocks nicely with my LP on BH when I get caught at the table. The weight on mine is more like 90 grams. Am I the only one using this blade????

Hard, stiff and fast DEF blade.
Excellent for blocking/hitting game. This LQ-1 is a little bit faster and harder than the LQ-2. First class quality.
Excellent blade for disturbing play with long pips.

I am very pleased with this blade. It is my first defensive blade and was worried about it's offensive capabilities. I find the blade good for looping at any distance. It is a solid 5 ply blade, great for chopping with lp. Nice construction. I recommend it to people looking for control with enough finishing power.
