The 260 is part of a line of hyper-quality single-ply Kiso Hinoki blades. The Galaxy 260 line of blades all come from a single Kiso Hinoki lumber, producing only 120 blades. These blades are constructed by a Japanese firm who has been building Hinoki blades for over 50 years and have passed their knowledge of the wood into these special blades.

To understand the rarity of these products, the Galaxy team spent 3 years to find lumber that has the grain density and quality needed for table tennis paddles.

The blade is a single layer of wood, the grip panels are also single pieces of Hinoki wood, with a single "YinHe" plate. There is no screen printing on the blade itself, except for a laser etched serial number.
