This is a general looping drill for the forehand that moves you in three different locations, all using the forehand loop.
- Standard Position.
Loop from your starting position. - Backstep.
The next ball comes to your backhand, so you must take a backstep (left if you're a right-hander) to forehand loop it. Optionally have two balls aimed at this location. - Deep Reach.
The next ball will be to your deep forehand, making you reach (right if you're a right-hander). This is even further than your starting position.
