Posting first impressions here for the 1.8mm/40 deg version affixed to a Gatien Extra3D blade (no speed glue). Didnt expect the speed; sponge is very bouncy and dissipates energy very slowly, even in the 1.8mm version. The initial tackiness made it a bit slower, but the ball bounced as long/high as a glued mendoMP! There is a slight clicking sound, not sure if this is due to the tackiness or an in-built speed glue effect. Plenty of spin, again as much as the mendoMP. Able to chop, loop or drive. Throw angle is a bit higher than the mendo mp, could be again due to the initial tackiness. It seems to lack the high end gears of the mendoMP, but I got this for a backhand rubber and it fits nicely. For this price it is a steal. 2 weeks later, tackiness has worn off, but spin has not diminished in any way. Great speed too and seems to have quite a few gears. Seems to be effective as a forehand rubber as well. Later: A strange crackling sound heard on direct hard hits or harder loops; the reason I figured was the underside of the top sheet sticking to the sponge, making it lose some speed as well. Not sure how to get rid of the tackiness underneath the top sheet yet.

Great alternative if you don´t want buy Euro or japanese rubber. It´s a little slower than Sriver EL but give you more control and spin. Very easy for Topspin and great control if you need blocking the ball. It´s a little heavy than japanese rubber but in general i recomended like alternative if you need a unexpensive rubber with good speed without speed glue, great control and spin.

It is undoubtly softer and slower than F3. My old and worn out F3 is still faster than the F3 Big Slam. Surely better on the backhand, but a raquet with two Big Slams is so light, that speed can be easily achieved with... raquet speed! The fastest forehand loop I can produce has tons of spin and still lands on the table. However, top speed is not there: the ball may still come back...

Nice vibrations and good feel of the ball. Feels like an all+ blade, but when u do the full power strokes, the off characterstics comes out

a good blade but it is slow, i like it but would rather want a little faster racket. it has carbon but i never really hear it when i play unless i smash really hard. very consistent however and you can never make a mistake if you hit on 90% of the rubber. more like for control attacker, high quality blade though.

don't like this blade. i had for two yearfs and i played at 1800. i then switch to galaxy t-8 and i start beating level 2000 players consistently, it made my balls much faster and me in turn more aggresive(galaxy). don't buy, not good blade
