Killer is a combination of short and medium pimpled rubbers that merges the best characteristics from both rubber types: KILLER provides very good attacking possibilities and is thus an outstanding choice for a modern pimple-out game close to the table. The rubber fulfills all necessary requirements for fast counter-attacking and strong hitting. The decisive factor is the disruptive effect obtained. The rubber is more disruptive than most other short pimple rubbers and produces a very low bounce. Control is excellent and enables the player to "feel" the ball at all times. All in all KILLER is hardly sensitive at all to oncoming rotation.

This is without a doubt a very special pips out rubber. I was forced to use a pips out rubber on my BH due an wrist injury which does not allow me to rotate it or snap it. (this is just in case you are thinking of making the same move. I tried Friendship and Bty rubbers before deciding with this one. This sheet "plays" with the opponent's spin extremely well. Receiving pushes, hard chops, or serves are a breeze from anywhere on the table, you can chop back, push back, flip back, drop shot, etc. Blocking from a hard top spin need practice to control due to your timing needs (you must quickly decide if you want to fast block or return it's full spin back to the opponent). After playing with normal tacky rubbers for over 35 years, I have to say that this is an AMAZING rubber to play with, but you need to master this Killer beast. It took me 2 months to be able to play at the same level I was at before. In my own numbers: rating speed (1 to high 10) I give it a 8.5. rating spin (1 to high 10) I give it a 5 rating control (1 to high 10) I give it an 9 - but this depends very much of your skill and hand sensitivity I play close to the table, my FH loops are extremely spiny and most of my FH winners come from flat kills (that are originated by BH pushes creating very disruptive effects to the opponent). Moving the ball from side to side on the table becomes easier with time. Good luck. Equipment : Bty Gergley Alpha Blade, FH - Bty Tenergy 05FX 2.1, BH - BH Dr Neubauer Killer 2.1
