Arise said this on February 1, 2013:

It's called short pips but it look like more a medium-long.
The pips are hard and not very flexible.
It's really slow, more than a LP, also with sponge, it's the right pips for a fast blade.
I think it's the best rubber to start with LP, high control and it's possible to do everything, very easy attack The deception is very little.
