Description of Andro Rasant

Can this rubber bear a different name than this?
Certainly not - in case of andro's new top rubber Rasant the name says it all. Maximum acceleration and immense power are stuck in the poisonous green colored sponge with built-in Tensor effect. The new top sheet impresses with its varying topspin performance - always combined with high ball control. If you are fast enough for this high end rubber, then we've got a breathtakingly rasant experience for you!
Fast, faster, RASANT!
Experience RASANT's compact play feeling caused by the unique, fine-pored green sponge!
Disarm your opponent's spin by using the newly developed RASANT top sheet and kick-start your own, more dynamic topspin!
Step up your stroke efficiency! Trigger toxic, better spins with an aggressive spin curve!
Change the game to your favor! Take your performance to a higher level! Play RASANT by andro!

I use the max thickness on both sides. I find that the red side used as a backhand rubber is very good. However, the black side used as a forehand rubber is hard to control, I have to hit the ball at the right angle with no more than medium power or the ball will go off the table, so it's unforgiving. I use this rubber on a Stiga Hybrid NCT blade, which is a hard and heavy.

Not same to tenergy 05 but with a good hand u will found it was better in some part. Maybe i should try rasant turbo or powergrip to get more speed.

i played always with hard rubbers on my bh like rakza 9 but this is better for me now. more control, much spin and when you hit it right a lot of speed

This is no backhand rubber. Only God can bring its full potential on the backhand side. I couldn't loop or flick well where I could do with T64 easily. I have it (1.9) both sides on SPW blade. It's the best setup I have ever tried so far. My third ball attack is better than when I was using Chinese rubber. The spin on loops is no fake spin. They are real! It is not so good for blocking. A counter loop is much more preferred. Counter loops at mid distance is new experience for me. It has a low trajectory, but it clears the net and put your opponent under pressure even if you are farther away from the table. Also, it has so much control. It is very different from T05 in this property. Since it's a tensor, some shots tend to go long when you are too close to the table.

Playing with it on a hard blade find that it is a fast rubber but dwell time is minimal on backhand for topspin shots, excellent blocking. Overall do not rate it as highly as other reviewers.
