Description of Butterfly Sriver L

A leading rubber for more than 25 years; the combination
of a hard and spinny surface and a medium hard flexible
sponge creates the Butterfly 'classic' for allrounders/
attacking players.

L – extra spinny and gives better control.

Reviews of the Butterfly Sriver L

Review lomar said this on October 27, 2009:

Sriver L is a stable and controllabe rubber. With good technique and strokes it can do everything you want it to do. It is loops well, blocks well, serves are decent with regard to spin, and the short game is great. Sriver L is reliable. You don't have to tame rather you unleash it power provided you are skilled. Sponge is medium hard so trajectory and throw angle is low. This provides a can't miss feeling. I feel it is a better backhand rubber especially if you have good technique and quick strokes. This will allow the ball to sink into the sponge and charge forward. Topsheet is relatively grippy so you can spin the ball nicely. Great rubber on all levels from beginners to advanced and professional.

In a few days it lost the tackiness. The speed is for beginners very good.

Decent spin and speed. If control is more important for you than speed, its a good choice.

I kind of like this rubber. Its a classic. But im not happy with its speed ! i just hate that part of it ! i would say sriver fx would be, well at-least feel little faster than this rubber. But over all the rubber is quite good used it for a year (nearly everyday use) liked it would be my 4th favorite rubber and i must tell you i have used allot of table tennis rubbers.
