I have used this rubber on a pre-made DHS 3 star blade. It is pretty good for a beginner to use. Its not very fast, but it is also not too slow and its very, very, inexpensive to buy (you can probably buy a sheet for around $10). If you don't know what your style of play is just yet, try PF4-1 until you get your basic strokes down. At such an inexpensive price, what do you have to lose?

I have this rubber on my 'wind' series DHS blade to practice against the robot. It is a great rubber but far too heavy for a 'shakehand' player. I'm assuming it fits well with the 'penhold' grip player.

I've rated this well because it is a great rubber but again I say, not for someone who likes a lightish bat.

Don't worry about using weighted bats for training, just put two sheets of this stuff on, and you'll add 110 grams to your bat, and you'll have a great rubber that'll last forever.
