Reviews of the Donic Coppa JO Silver

I glued it in the boll tricarbon blade. The rubber is quite bouncy,it has a shiny soft texture but not too much. The thing that i like with this rubber is it block. The block is very awesome, with the power of boll tricarbon,i can do a very fast controlable counter block.Chops and push is very good also.I can easily return the spin serve, and the balls arc is very wonderful.Topspin and killing smash is also nice. But i think it is due to a power of boll tricarbon,i think the power is still below jo platin soft.Overall i give it 9.0

This rubber is a relatively good rubber, but is recommended for persons who make a short and loose stroke. This rubber is far too soft, and i would recommend the JO Gold instead.
Review Joshua_Zharnitsky said this on November 7, 2009:

By far the best rubber I have ever used. I use it with DHS TG3 (DHS Skyline 3), and I can tell that it is much much better than DHS skyline 3. speed is absolutely amazing. yet it is still very controlable. looks good, dust doesnt stick to it, very bouncy, incredibaly spiny overall 10/10

good touch, good serve/receipt. consistent block with consistent ball flight. good counter spin and good spin up and kill/drop against defence. a little slow from mid-distance.

good rubber for who played close the table and mid distance..incredible sound on block and smash..but not very durable..
Review ArronFBeezy said this on January 2, 2010:

Incredible block loop might not be as strong as other rubbers but perfect for a short close to the table blocking game with occasional attacking hits
Review Begine Luc said this on August 28, 2010:

For my type of play, the best rubber I ever played with, now they take it out of production. This is big problem for me, thank you very much DONIC.

Why is giananto rating for this rubber's characteristics almost all 0's?
Review Thijs said this on June 9, 2011:

My first year with a decent paddle and rubbers. this coppa jo silver really is a dangerous weapon. took me some time to learn how to use it but boy do I love it. make sme wonder what other rubbers are available that are the next step: acuda S2, barracuda, barracuda big slam, perhaps the tenergy05(fx). would recommend this one to everybody but I want to warn you for its durability. it wears off easily on the sides.

Donic coppa JO sliver is good for blocking, spinning and controlled style of play. but of attacking its far to slow
Review Daniel S said this on April 7, 2012:

A good, professional table tennis rubber but I want something harder with same speed but more spin... I have been using it for approx 2 years but now i think I am going to get the acuda s 2... the coppa joe silver are good rubbers but lacks spin
Review TripleC said this on June 1, 2012:

Donic Coppa JO Silver continues to amaze me, usually when paired to high standard Donic blades (I'm not saying its not good for other branded blades). The rubber is okay, not that bad, not that hard. There isn't anything much to worry about its main spin because I find it fun to generate some spinny services. I agree at some point that it is an ideal rubber for beginners, but it is nothing compared to the Gold version. Looping is fantastic here, but not so fun for controlling its throw angle. Don't worry, its still a good rubber, but a little too overpriced.
Review TTaddict said this on June 2, 2012:

nice rubber, it gets dirty with dust very fast, have to clean it after each 30 min of game. good for begginers, not so fast but ok, need good hant to get extra spin. nice sound, per all i give 8 from 10.keep away from table edges.
Review harits96 said this on December 8, 2012:

It's completely a great rubber,, the speed is amazing, and the spin is great.. I used it on my Persson Power Carbon..
