Description of Giant Dragon SuperSpin G3 Soft
No need for speed glue. Speed glue used to help many table tennis players become the world champions, but for future players this is history. The new rules need new technologies and solutions. Giant Dragon's newly developed Durable Tension will be your choice. Durable Tension technology means that rubber undergoes special compression treatment for both durability and flexibility, using a special technique that fills and enlarges the pores of the sponge. The special treatment of the rubber's surface allows the rubber to better grip and throw the ball. The specially developed sponge, with improved internal enenrgy technology generates better elasticity and rebound effect. |

This is a good rubber for a tacky rubber. But, when I ordered this rubber I was told it is a completely non-tacky rubber. Not true. This rubber is VERY TACKY!! I could hold a ball side ways. So if your looking for a good tacky rubber. this is for you. If your looking to replace your Tenergy..DONT THINK SO!! Anonymous said this on April 5, 2011:
This rubber is very lightly tacky (the typical Chinese non-tacky stuff where the tackiness disappears after some time). This is the fastest and spinniest Chinese soft rubber on the market. It's a *GREAT* back hand rubber. It's got lots of catapult effect and a lot of spin. Very very nice rubber for advanced players with unparalleled feeling for a Chinese rubber. For lesser players this rubber is much too fast. bobdob10 said this on February 26, 2013:
great rubber. have been using chinese rubbers for a while. this is best so far and I have been through about 6 good ones. no complaints.

Medium-soft sponge, takes an hour or so of play to bed in, like most chinese sponges. Plays a lot more like a European sponge. Guessing hardness is somewhere in 34-38 range.
Plenty of spin and control pretty good for a fast rubber with medium-soft sponge. One of mine bubbled in the centre (rubber separating from sponge) after about 10-15 hours play, seemingly just due to wear. My ratings: Speed: 8.5; Spin: 9.0; Control: 8.5 Tackiness: Medium tacky; Throw Angle: Medium Weight: Average; Sponge Harness: Medium; Gear: Above average gears Durability: Average durability; Consistency: Occasional variations Overall: 8.4 |
