Description of JOOLA Topspin

The attraction lies in the spin

Rubbers with extremely grippy surfaces are still in demand - therefore we have relaunched the TOPSPIN with a very sensitive, elastic sponge.

In the 2.1 mm version this results in maximum spin for an offensive and precise play.

In the 1.8 mm version the fine-porous sponge conveys excellent control and optimum ball feeling at average speed.

Sponge Hardness 45°

This is a very nice rubber. I am using it in 2.1 on forehand and 1.8 on back. Unfortunately, even though I am using a Donic J. O. Waldner Offensiv blade I find that both sides just aren't up to speed for playing at professional level. It loops great, and is pretty spinny, without needing to be sticky, which means it will last you, and besides having a nice case I don't treat it too well to be honest. I must have had it for about 5 years now, if not longer and it still spins pretty decently, just to give you an idea. This is a great rubber to learn your technique however. All + I would say. And dont get me wrong, you can get a decent speed out of these rubbers.
