the Macro is very good. very good. next time you're thinking about a Bryce or something similar, try this out. it has the low-end touch you want and the high-end speed you need. it holds up to rubbers over three times more expensive and beats them in every way. try it out, and if you don't like it, it won't have cost you much.

This is a SOLID TENSOR Rubber for lower (USATT) Club level players in that it is
Forgiving
Offers good enough speed
Very Good spin
Very Good control
Does everything well. Really!

slower than the MacroERA (also a very good rubber)

I know this is all very arbitrary
but
1600 or greater use the MacroERA
LESS than 1600 & looking for more control/grooving strokes?
