Butterfly Sriver EL

Review of Butterfly Sriver ELThis rubber is a great consistent rubber that I would recommend for anybody who is an offensive minus player. It doesn't have too much spin or speed - just an even amount of both. It's not very fast and spinny, but you will not miss often on smashes. Many of your shots, though, may become very smashable to your opponents since they lack a lot of spin or speed. I recommend speed gluing this rubber.Mar 22, 2009

Butterfly Tackifire Special-Soft

Review of Butterfly Tackifire Special-SoftPROS: It has lots of spin, and is great for both forehand and backhand usage! It also has great control and lasts a long time!CONS: Lasting a long time doesn't mean it is effective for a long time. I find that if I don't clean the rubber with Rushawa Foam Cleaner often, the rubber will play dead. It is also heavy and a little bit slow. May 04, 2009

Butterfly Tenergy 05

Review of Butterfly Tenergy 05A great rubber! I put it on my Butterfly Ishlion, which is a very light blade, and it makes a decent combination. After using DONIC Desto F1, comparing it with this one, Tenergy 05 is faster and more controllable, but makes less spin and is much heavier. Very good rubber, though! Expensive!May 11, 2009

Donic Desto F1

Review of Donic Desto F1Hmm... Quite the interesting rubber! I put this on my Arylate-Carbon Butterfly Ishlion (MAX sponge), and it's quite the offensive fiend! It's fast and very spinny, but it lacks a lot of control and is relatively heavy. My blade is only 76g, but it feels like a ton with this rubber. But, it has great offensive potential if you can control it.Mar 22, 2009

Friendship/729 Focus 2

Review of Friendship/729 Focus 2Well, if you are looking for a good rubber that is cheap, you are gonna have to consider the Focus II. It is cheap, it's controllable, and it is relatively fast and spinny. But like the Sriver-EL, it lacks a strong spin or speed sense that makes it a dangerous rubber. Some mishits may become very easy smashes for your opponent. You will need to strike the ball well with consistency.Mar 22, 2009
