Review of Butterfly Tenergy 64Ok my playing style is modern defensive.I've been playing for about a year.I originally tried this in 1.9 on a Butterfly Defence II Simply put it was too fast for me. I just could not control it. Forehand chops would launch long. Forehand loops would be long. Pushes would be long or too high. 3 months later I returned to tenergy 64. I've now got it in 1.7 on a Matsusheta Pro and its perfect. Speed and Spin are excellent. Forehand chops are pretty good. Mid distance looping is soo easy. Even with a defensive blade. The spin on serves is excellent. Blocking is a breeze. I still launch a few shots long on occasion but I just need more time to get used to the rubber. I feel like this rubber can do everything. Definately worth the money. Mar 10, 2010

Review of Butterfly SolcionMy playing style is modern defensive. I chop on backhand and loop/chop on forehand.I tried this rubber for a few weeks. I had it in 1.7 thickness. Pros: Lightweight, easy to loop with close to table Opening loop against backspin is easy. Cons: too soft bottoms out on long distance, feels kinda "mushy" for short game pushes and chops. Hard to get good spin on serves. Long distance chops were not good. Blocking was only average. Yes this is a good rubber, I just feel like tenergy64 outdoes it in almost every aspect except weight. If you do get this I would recommend MAX thickiness due to the soft sponge. I can see a double wing looper liking this on their backhand possibly. Also someone might like this on a harder blade... Keep in mind I tried this on a soft flexible defensive blade. (matsusheta pro) Mar 10, 2010

Review of Butterfly FlextraI like this rubber a lot.I tried 1.7 thickness on Matsusheta Pro blade. Chops and Loops are spinny and easy to control. Only problem is speed is low so the ball will probably comeback. Great for beginners. Very light rubber and great control. Mar 10, 2010

Gambler Six Shooter

Review of Gambler Six ShooterI use this rubber on my backhand on 2.0 sponge.Compared to Outlaw on 2.2 sponge the six shooter feels "dead". I get a lot of balls going into the net. I did play with it on my forehand for a bit. It loops nicely but it was easier for opponent to return compared to Outlaw. The short game is ok. I was hoping for it to be better. Overall this rubber is ok, I'm going to try something else soon though. Jul 14, 2009
