Could this powerful system be the single best kept secret for moving faster, improving your agility, and increasing your stamina?

Could one exercise program change your game so radically, that you're competing at a higher level and beating players you once thought were out of your league? Could one system be the key to achieving the quickness, stamina, and agility you've been looking for?

The answer is a resounding YES.

We all know that there are all kinds of table tennis drills, practice equipment, training programs and theories about how to improve your skills, techniques, and your overall game. And that's fine, because proper technique and practice are crucial to winning.

However, many table tennis players are still facing a major dilemma...

Proper training for improving your footwork, speed, and agility is often ignored.

You can have the best loop kill around, but if you can't move to setup for it it's useless. You need to be able to get in position to properly execute your best shots.

The player with better footwork and agility has a distinct advantage in any game.

Basically, this is physical conditioning program for table tennis players. The video was recorded in the gym where two instructors ( guy and girl) show you exercises to build endurance, strength and coordination for your legs.
